🚨 IMPORTANT: NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Mouthguards (hygiene reasons)
  • Groin Protectors (personal protective equipment)
  • MMA & Boxing Wraps (hygiene and safety)
  • Compression Shirts & Compression gear (intimate apparel)
  • Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or damage not related to manufacturing defects

RETURN TIME FRAME

You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must be in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Step 2: Approval & Shipping Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping address for returns
  • Return instructions

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely with original packaging and include:

  • Return authorization form (we’ll email this to you)
  • Original packing slip
  • All original tags and labels

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.

Step 4: Processing & Resolution

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect items within 3-5 business days
  • We’ll email you confirmation of approval/rejection
  • Processing begins immediately after approval

REFUND TIMELINE & METHODS

Refund Processing Time

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days depending on your bank

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

  • Visa, MasterCard, JCB – refunded to your card
  • PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

For size exchanges or different product requests:

  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • Standard shipping fees apply for exchange shipments
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
