🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

🚨 IMPORTANT: NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Mouthguards (hygiene reasons)
- Groin Protectors (personal protective equipment)
- MMA & Boxing Wraps (hygiene and safety)
- Compression Shirts & Compression gear (intimate apparel)
- Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or damage not related to manufacturing defects
Return Time Frame
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Items must be in resellable condition

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely with original packaging and include:
- Return authorization form (we’ll email this to you)
- Original packing slip
- All original tags and labels
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise.
Step 4: Processing & Resolution
Once we receive your return:
- We’ll inspect items within 3-5 business days
- We’ll email you confirmation of approval/rejection
- Processing begins immediately after approval
